Him, a special ingredient perhaps. Did it make you relaxed and happy?
Quick service, friendly staff and most importantly the food was good. I had the grilled salmon sandwich which I would order again. My wife had the grilled artichoke salad which she enjoyed very much.
This place was absolutely delightful. Perfect amount of food for breakfast. The small space makes it perfect for closeness and great service.
There is a menu of classic breakfast favorites along with a chalkboard of specials. Your coffee will never go cold here as the staff is diligent about constantly filling everyone’s cup. Definitely a local's joint. Lovely way to start the morning!
Good food and fast service. Nice place
Quaint little cafe, visited many times over the years. Always great food, I had the steak sandwich for lunch cooked to order, tender and flavorful. The celery root salad is my favorite side it has a unique flavor.
Great food. Great prices. Great customer service. Cash only.
Went for eggs Benedict but the only have on Sunday. This place is small but is very homey; very high ratings from all sources.
Great food. The staff was awesome. Can't wait to come back
All tue food is made in house. Original recipes that you can tell effort was put into each dish. FYI Cash only. Friendly staff.
This was my second time here. The atmosphere is relaxed & the food is delicious. I had the Angie special as did my Friend. ( cooked by Chef Angie, kudos!!). The coffe was Hot & inviting. Sunny was our Server & made our Breakfast very enjoyable. It is definitely worth the hour plus drive to eat here from where we live. We will definitely be returning again.
This is such a huge gem in this town. There’s no other place like it. Don’t waste your time anywhere else. It’s small, but worth the wait if you’re traveling over the weekend. I love this place, the food & service is exceptional!!
Cute little restaurant. Stopped in for breakfast, which was delicious. Great hospitality! The chairs are too cute!
One of my favorites, mostly for breakfast until 11:30 AM. Delicious food, excellent service. I enjoy having Jackie as my server.
Had a wonderful sandwich, a pleasant place
A cute place to eat in Manchester. It is very busy and we ate outside on a beautiful day. Great food and the servers were very friendly. Plenty of parking. You may want to get there before 9 though, otherwise you may have to wait in line.
Good place for breakfast and lunch. Dogs have to stay out since its a small place.
Nice little cafe offering a variety of breakfast options and comfort foods. Attentive staff with a cozy atmosphere. Highly recommend!
Fantastic food. (Particularly the spicy omelette) Nice service, but be aware...CASH ONLY!
Beat lunch place in the area. Great food...ultimate Turkey sandwich is my face. Also excellent breakfast
Food so fresh. Had the curry zucchini soup on special and loved it. Eggplant portobello sandwich so good. Staff attentive. Sat at table out front. Small place but so cozy. If I lived here would come here often. Next time will I come here for breakfast!
Nice American breakfast in a cosy atmosphere. Omelettes are amazing. They accept cash only so make sure to have some on you before visiting.
We went to the restaurant though they had space just looking at color of our skin they refused to give us a table and were extremely rude. Avoid this place.
Absolutely fabulous. I got the Portabella Mushroom/Eggplant sandwich and it was succulent. The atmosphere is country French and so marvelously comfy. You must check out the seats on some of the chairs because they are handprinted with pictures of hay, eggs and a hatched egg with a little chick. Adorable! Great food, Great staff, Great atmosphere, Great service.............of course we will come back again. The owner is a friend of my daughter's and this was my first experience there and I am very impressed. My sister from Texas was with us and she loved it as well. Do not drive by this place without stopping for a bite to eat.
This little restaurant has moved across and just down the street. (4776 Main Street)Both of us ordered breakfast and it was delicious! We also tried “Reed’s Original Ginger Brew - Jamaican Style Ginger Ale.” Yum!!!!
Great breakfast place. Service quick and friendly
Food is very good (which I was not expecting given that the restaurants in Manchester tend to be pretty mediocre). We had the Steak Sandwich (excellent, it's actual steak pieces, not shaved), Leg of Lamb Sandwich (very good but its cold, not a warm sandwich, next time I'll ask them to toast the bread), Turkey/Thanksgiving Sandwich (amazing), artichoke salad (yum) and french onion soup (good but not as good as the other stuff). Service wasn't horrible since our waters got filled etc. but waitress could have been much friendlier.
Longtime breakfast and lunch establishment. Food is consistently good. Don't expect the wait staff to be gregarious, but they are efficient.
Food was not good, small portions and not cooked all the way through
Great place for breakfast. Small, but rarely crowded. Food is plentiful and well presented.
Super, friendly, place! Great food (try the incredible pancakes..magic ingredient?; best corned beef hash, homemade-fresh cuts meat, veggies-delicious!)! Welcoming, warm atmosphere. Couldn't ask for better (just closer!😊)
Underwhelmed with the food here. Nice atmosphere and friendly staff but the food leaves something to be desired. Was really excited when I read “cheddar potatoes” on the menu but they were very bland. I typically do not add salt but I had to in this case. Went with a group of 5 and this was the group consensus. A little pricey for what you got too.
Always enjoy the Great breakfast they serve here whenever in VT.
Always visit here for breakfast when we visit Manchester! Always busy, for a reason. The food is fresh and delicious!
I had the Ultimate Hash which was just that, Ultimate. I love how the outside is crispy and the inside is tender. Super service as well very cozy spot. Enjoyed this tremendously.
The food was good, but the customer service was average. They were very busy (good sign) but they were very gruff and curt with their interactions.
I would have loved to sit down and dine here especially based on the raving reviews; however, when we were approaching a man working met us outside before we could go in telling us they didn’t have a table for us, they ate no longer serving breakfast and won’t be serving lunch for 15 minutes. All of that would’ve been fine but we were walking in directly behind 3 women who were not greeted the same way, there were taken to sit. I believe it’s because we had our hound 16 month son with us and they didn’t want him in their small establishment assuming he would be disruptive. The two people behind us were welcomed in however and sat, so we obviously left. If you have children, this place is NOT welcoming.
Small comfortable restaurant with an extremely accommodating staff and great food. We go there often, my favorite is the Turkey sandwich with any of their soups,Update: We have been back many times and it has become our go-to restaurant for breakfast and lunch (not open for dinner).
My sister and I have been eating here for years and years. The food is always outstanding and the service, perfect. The waitresses are always friendly.......and hard working. Don't think twice about stopping here. You will NOT be disappointed!
I was super excited to go to this place, however the service was not welcoming at all. The atmosphere was terrible very negative seems like they were very busy. They did not know how to handle it. The food was ok. The way you greet and welcome your costumers will keep them coming. It was very unfortunate that this is how my fiancé and I were treated. Busy times mean good business. Keep that thought in mind.
This little gem has been around for 25+ years and there's a reason for that. Good food and great service. The corned beef hash was amazing with the onions and peppers. Yummy.
Unfortunately not dog friendly even if sitting outside on the small terrace. They said it was because of the state laws and then when getting back in the car to leave, the restaurant right beside had a sign in its door that they were dog friendly on the terrace... go figure
Google maps is not updated for this business. French toast was excellent, everything else was good but not outstanding. Service was friendly but perhaps a bit overwhelmed during COVID-19 as a lot of places are.
Love having breakfast here, nice menu and always some interesting specials. Feature local ingredients fresh vegetables and great presentations. Lunch is done well too, great sandwiches. Highly recommend.
We ate here for breakfast . The food and service was really good. Would go back if we could. Would have given it 5 stars but they only accept cash
Love this small independent run breakfast spot in Manchester. Great food and good service. Homey atmosphere.
Amazing food and service. Great location, we will be returning on this vacation as well when we come back. Try one of the eggs Benedict dishes or pancakes with fresh, VT maple syrup that is made right outside of the restaurant.
Best food around for breakfast. Such a great selection, friendly staff, clean environment, everything is delicious. I even bring my 4 year old son with me, and they are great with kids. A+ all around. Very well done. Highly recommend. Worth the wait if there is one!!!
Great place for breakfast, wonderful variety for all palates. Fresh and tasty. Make sure you take cash or cheque as they do not accept CC. Clean and good service. Plenty of parking.
A favorite eating spot. Try the great breakfasts..and lunches.
Food and service amazing Lorraine is the best....
